It does not seem like much of a fit for these two companies. Both companies are broke. Earthblock, while a fully reporting company, let themselves go "pink" and is sitting on a pile of debt from a lawsuit. The other company, CMTN, you say has never come through and has a sorry excuse for a human being, Bob Gartzman, as their IR contact.
Maybe they will come up with some BS scheme to raise money so the shareholders of both companies can make some money.
