Well, i guess thats the final nail. I was hoping we'd at least trade on the greys for awhile, (i was hoping to get out even if it was just for a little) There goes about 4k in value. I still wish the sec would go after the pumpers and promoters instead of the companies. These people do more harm to pinks then anything.

Looks like some MM movement today is all. I was able to actually place an order on some shares. Ive noticed some more filings today. I dont know really what to make of all this. Ive been trading these things for a few years now, and ive never seen a stock be reinstated. Maybe some others on here have had different experiences. I would love to see this resume, but im not too optimistic.

EarthBlock is working with its new accountants to bring its financial information up to date including both EarthBlock and its new subsidiary Earth Gen-Biofuel Inc.
The company plans to have a new web site and it will be releasing new information and posting corporate information on a new corporate site as well as the new www.EarthGeniofuel.com site which is in the process of being completed.

Not likely. The SEC usually doesn't suspend unless there is evidence of fraud. Definition of Fraud:

Fraud is generally defined in the law as an intentional misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one person to another with knowledge of its falsity and for the purpose of inducing the other person to act, and upon which the other person relies with resulting injury or damage. Fraud may also be made by an omission or purposeful failure to state material facts, which nondisclosure makes other statements misleading.

These suspensions typically occur after one or more company PRs (i.e. false claims), followed by a price run for the stock. Sound familiar? This stock also follows the pattern of having few employees, and billions of shares authorized. All red flags. It's not going to be a simple matter of the company getting up to date on the filings. Now starts a discovery period where the SEC explores the depth of the fraud. Most CEOs end up being fined, and banned from the market. That usually takes 1 yr or many. The stock missing its key players, ends up as a shell.

And to the other poster, it's not the SEC's fault. The SEC did not force anyone to invest in this stock.

This stinks. I had about $5k in this and sec just wiped it all out. This suspension crap is very annoying. I could understand suspending stocks that have nothing at all going, but a stock that has recently come alive. I saw the same thing with KMAG and MIKP. We will never see anything out of this now.

1. The company is working on its new web site with updated information this should take a few weeks longer.

2. The information on the float has not changed

3. Management will not be releasing earnings estimates until full disclosure on operations and financial condition have been made public.

4. Number of shares is indicated in the Press Release of 9-26-2012

5. Management is very focused on bring its financial and operational information up to date. However, this will take some time to get all history current.

6. The company will be updating its information on Pinksheets and all published profiles to be sure they provide current information

100% true never sell on the bid, i have done this too in the past and get burned.
The mm's will only fill you 5k partials and then drop the bids a lot lower then you chase it down trying to sell and get out.

And that is = loss

EBLC moves fast with small buys. If it holds between 4's and 5's then its poised to go up. I see Eblc move to 2 - 3 penny in the second run. imo

To all newbies trading low floats. For now this stock is a low float. I know there were some posters on here who got scared away by the 2b A/S. I totally understand that, and that is a huge concern, but until or unless those are released or the company does the dreaded dilution, this will trade as a low float. There are around 100m o/s, so we have to assume that the float could be that amount, but probably less the way this has traded. For those new to this small amount of trading be patient, and cautious. Never ever chase going up or down, u will get burned and cause runs to stop or start. Never put in a large order to sell, anytime someone throws up a 1m block or even a 500k block in something like this you can cause the run to stop. Break up your orders into smaller parts and set it as a limit. Never sell at the bid, i have done this and many times the mm's will only fill you 5k partials and then drop the bids a lot lower then you chase it down trying to sell and get out. Thats the reason for never chasing and for placing limits. I noticed on friday that there was a 1m seller at .008. This is going to be hard to break that, whoever is holding those would be better served to break it up and place his order at various levels. Ive seen this time and time again. Im still holding near 800k shares in this thing at various levels under .0035. Im looking for this .005ish level to hold as support and hopefully continue higher. The news is a game changer, and as long as the new ceo doesnt dilute or release the a/s we could be in for a much greater profit. Just my two cents on this.
