You know I think I've got this all wrong... rather than trashing the likes of DB I should be admiring the woman. If I could find her picture I'd frame it and put it on my wall. She is truly brilliant. I would love to find an opportunity to lend money and get back stock worth 6 times what I lent with little risk. This penny stock scam business is so fantastic and so incredibly lucrative (and perfectly legal I might add) I'm very tempted to look into it myself. It can't be that hard to set something up. And we all know there is another sucker being born every second. (It used to be only every minute but I think the population is so dumbed down now it can produce another one at least every second.)

I rekon my pig and cow farming grate granfather wood be pride of me sance I git all that booklarning, it were what maid me good at thinkn...

Actually, what he really liked about me were the two graduate degrees, genius IQ, and a career in business with actual familiarity in M&A and business strategy. He did warn me not to condescend, but I struggle with that, I must admit.

I have been invested in this company for almost as long as the Famous Five Years. He and I have spoken. While I admire his effort (and have agreed to be part of it), there is nothing of late that indicates the effort is bearing fruit. Not to say it will not, but it has not. And, if I am not aware of it, then his PRs are no better than NSOLs; or, for that matter, BOA in their effort to acquire Countrywide (I thought I would add that to show I've got game.)

Having said that, my criticisms of this board and Yahoo have been consistent - whining and bashing are similar, neither are materially helpful. Asking for directions, though seemingly benign, is indicative of and endemic to this board and anathema to critical inquiry (besides, you could find directions by using mapquest).

So, to that end, I ask you or anyone, please explain...What strategy is NSOL engaged in as they move forward? Has it changed? In what ways? How does it relate to the market pressures? What are the public policy implications? How is its strategic positioning consistent with shareholders best interests? And, exactly what would you recommend to ameliorate this situation?

That would be a start, as we seek to remove the vail of obfuscation...
