Another Way to Look at the Numbers

ISPRO, so you took one sentence from that entire analysis and decided to make a sarcastic response?

It would have been more help to everyone if you had looked at the information in the post and made a better analysis.

Here’s mine:

Re Q2: As I slept on this another night and rolled the numbers around some more, I found that the cash usage estimates from the 10Q and S-3/A can be used in conjunction with the May PP information in an interesting way.

Initially, I just didn’t believe they could get “into June” on $1.5 million, as suggested in the 10Q, so I discounted that information. But they did make it into mid-May before raising more money, so together we have:

-- The 10Q said they could get into June on the $1.5 million cash-in-hand on March 31st.
-- On May 23rd they raised $1.6 million.
-- In the S-3/A, filed on May 30th, they said they could get into July with the cash on hand.
-- That means 1.5 + 1.6 = 3.1 could get them into July.

So unless they raised more funds through warrant or option exercises in Q2 or borrowed funds, at the end of May they were projecting about a $3.1 cash shortfall for Q2.
