If anybody tries to buy this, they better do an EXTENSIVE search to find all the shares that were issued, and what the convertible terms are etc etc etc.......z
Well blaming the auto mechanic for the shares is not fair game. The auto mechanic Scuderi was just a front for Carnes. They didn't oust the auto mechanic, he quit when the few hundred bucks wasn't worth his wife complaining about receiving legal documents at home.
