the way brian told it to me was that duane bought the shell in the middle of february , taking over from and removing scuderi, wouldn't say who he bought it from, but that when they bought it, there were already the 200 and some odd shares outstanding and duane got control of the prefereds . but yes, also said when he bought it, did not know about any lawsuits., because i asked, with your vast experience, why on earth did you choose this shell?
