Shasta, thanks and a very good concern of course. As i said I'm in no hurry at these levels either. Even without those subsidies in the mix. But I will be looking for another good entry. They come , they come.

Shasta,

This damn country of ours should have been offering tax breaks many moons ago for solar development and for every American that installs solar panels on their homes! The only caveat being, there's a dirty little 8 letter word in government....lobbyist, they line the pockets of our politicians who are only out for themselves!

solar will certainly 'pencil' if electicity rates explode like they're saying they will...or already have


ESLR could be the next high flyer...wasn't it like a 1 Billion $ contract they just got recently??

See, I read at one time that solar becomes cost effective at $150 crude. That level for crude looks very possible now. I look at the growth these solars guys are getting and many still have attractive price to earnings ratios.(Watch out for some of yahoo's numbers in researching as they do a terrible job on conversion for currencies.) Because they move around so much, they are my favorite industry for covered calls. High premiums and I think the story going forward is very compelling. Covered calls allows me to profit some while I wait.

Right now YGE looks good to me.
