#58243 RE: BigB #58242

BigB...so it is your contention

that the members of Cytogenix Board of Directors are involved and have an informed understanding of the company?

You see something just doesn't add up...

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1005302/000112178108000274/cytogenixproxy52008.htm

"During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, the Board of Directors held 13 meetings. Each director participated in at least 75% of the meetings of the Board of Directors."

"The Company encourages each member of the Board of Directors to attend the Annual Meetings of Shareholders. Dr. Skolnick was the only director in attendance at the 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders."

Why hasn't a single outside director come to a shareholder meeting in the last two years when :

a) Cytogenix picks up their tab
b) They are shareholders themselves.
c) They allegedly were involved enough to attend
at least 9 board meetings each.

Or how about 2006 then...

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1005302/000112178107000126/cytogenixproxy5707.txt

"The Company encourages each member of the Board of Directors to attend
the Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Dr. Skolnick, was the only director who
attended the 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was also attended by
former directors Frank Vazquez and Lawrence Wunderlich."

To not accept them would reinforce the idea that, just maybe, there was not adequate oversight by the BOD (Band of Derelicts).

Kind of like the scene in the movie Erin Brockovich(Julia Roberts), when she offers the attorneys for the power plant a glass of water from the contaminated water shed. Oh if we could be so lucky!

BigB, I agree.

Arnold, 2.6 million dollars of value at the current price, not shares.

Addition: Wups. I misunderstood. It is shares. Doesn't the document (annual report) state that they each got 500,000 shares, which would makes it (times 4) a total of 2 millions shares rather than 2.66 million?
