Holycow, If you read my post#58238 you will understand how I came up with the number of shares; but that is not the point. You have recently voted to continue the practice of hiring a Board of Directors that has failed; failed to make good business decisions, failed to make the stockholders any money, and failed to prevent lawsuits, etc., etc. They have allowed the same business practices to continue through the years that have not brought the company any success.
Why would you or anyone vote for their continued employment regardless of how they are paid?
