Even though it's auction, and it's for everybody they will oust in a beat,
you might bid normally with your broker on the stock market.

Lets say they give out 200 million shares, each representing a value of $4, and bidding starts at around $7 and you give your bid which is...

10000 shares for $10 each. This goes for a month and the buyers will be satisfied starting at the top. That would mean, if you bid for 10000 shares for 10... and thousands of others bid for Million shares at 10.5, your out...

As always.... it's the Shark's game.
