IMO that's one reason they're now in Germany and the K bro's are now abiding in Poland and London. Just another logical observation. You're right though, as soon as the SEC can forever pull the plug on this scam they will. My question is how much longer will the SEC allow this scam to trade without financials before they finally suspend the trading ? Not much longer you can count on that. I still say we will NEVER see the restated financials but only time will tell if that prediction is true or not.
"But even if it pulls through, being only a shadow of it's former self..." IMO its former self was never anything to begin with, it's PPS is still horribly over rated and should be trading in the sub-penny range as it is. I can't wait to see what comes next.
