I called BIH yesterday & Emailed also to the address in the Ibox as part of my ongoing DD. Cris Gallo called me earlier today.
He confirmed AS of 180mil is being reduced. His comment about this was matter of factly along the lines of "we just don't need them and it will help the company to do so". Citifield is a big job in NY. He was very upbeat and positive about the pending acquisition announced this morning as wel. He also explained that much will change in the months ahead regarding the pink sheet listing which he said this company does not belong on. All in all we spoke for nearly 20 minutes.
As I said in a previous post several days ago Baron Int is very easy to DD. There business relationships are reverifiable. While some here may have other opinions of BIHC based on previous ventures, that is in the past and this is now. Baron is real and has been in business for a longtime. I think Cris may have finally got it right this time! Pat D.
