I don't know. I think it's simple, companies do need to sell shares. The bottom line is how they do it. Do they just print a billion shares and let the share price die, or do they sell directly to Reg D investors at prices that discourage a massive dump? If you sell 50% or more of the market value, the Reg D guy isn't going to dump and bring it down. He's going to try to get it to go up or sustain.

Bottom line is 180 million authorized. If it changes, we'll put the change in the ibox. If it turns into 180 billion, you know what time it is. But right now, with what's authorized, I think it's undervalued.

There's a difference between a stock printing scam and a company trying to get some financing which the shareholders should benefit from.
