This is the reason you are seeing all of the P.R.'s coming through sstp and why the price is double that of usse. As far as sstp just being the construction arm of usse--not even close, totally made up. The statement "The company has the exclusive rights to develop and manage a portfolio of green energy plants" refers to the electricity generation that J.R. envisions being the 1st step for revenues of the two companies. Power generation is key and will be the first way that these companies make money. One year ago they were touting that 200 reactors would generate 1.5 billion in revenue a yr. just from power generation. This was at a cost of 10% below the current market levels.
