It's never to early to start the hype. Boardmarks are up and many new eyes are watching and waiting. Being in the top 20 can never hurt. Hyping on fact is o.k. but I don't agree with hyping on rumor like many other pinky's. Pink land is a dog eat dog world and only the smart and strong will survive. It's all in the timing and patience. Set some entry and exits points and stick with them or you can become a bag holder rather quickly.
