I also. Auditors want every question answered to their satisfaction, and every transaction to fit with the next one. We just don't know how many twists and turns they are having to navigate. Remember, when you are running a company, your first thoughts are not about keeping a nice paper trail for the auditors convenience.

I dont think they would say the end of May-- and then have it show up months later?? I think an unexpected delay got them off course for thier time frame--I think it will be soon (2 weeks)
