Well when Onev's revenues are as you say..
nearly zip, zero, zilch..then Dean's bonus is the same..I would say it a good thing to set incentives for work well done..Just maybe he knows that the work he has done will result in more than zip, zero, zilch..for the company in the future..I see you haven't traded in your spots...veno
