DARBES, on socket-939 upgrade to dual core

I don't want to have to make any assumptions. I want this explicitly stated: a socket-939 board will be updatable to dual core with just a chip swap and a BIOS update. I want to hear this as a specific from the socket-939 board manufacturer before I buy the board. And I want to hear it as a generality from AMD when socket 939 is introduced.
