I know every aspect of this company and there history. I have looked at every document you can find just like most of the longs. Yes they ran into difficulties with Ed and the sec. That does not bother me because they would be insane to even think of running with our money. Think about closing cost and real estate lawyer fees and title fees. There are a number of reasons to up the a/s. But if they deliver a 10th of what they say its all good.
