Good evening Tampa,

I'm surprised nobody has answered your post. Usually we meet at the lobby of the hotel ~12:00 and go to get some pizza. The meeting usually starts at ~16:00 and goes till 18:30-19:00. (The formal part of the meeting usually ends ~17:00-17:30...the BOD and a number of the execs will stick around and answer questions in an informal session.) After the meeting a group of us usually head out to a local restaurant for dinner. Hope to see you there.
