Who are you plugging for? And how would we know if the party you have in mind hasn't already been in discussions with PPHM? It seems that long investors need to see how things play out with this management team.

Exactly how would "we" do that? My understanding is that the directors can nominate themselves for reelection, and that as long as they have one share cast for them, they are reelected to the board. Is this incorrect?

Besides, having once again run out of money (due to a failure of management to sell an adequate number of shares when the price was much higher), I fail to see how anyone will be able to accomplish much with the technology.
