Looks like they don't have the goods for Russell. The India PH 2's were approved in late Jan after a several month delay. We were told they would start soon and enrollment would go quickly. No start yet and companies burning cash. Where is the Duke paper? Where is Cotara update? Getting tired of delays. Are we being fed a bunch of BS on how important the Duke paper is? Meanwhile important technology is sitting on the bench. If things don't happen soon, we need to get the technology into more capable hands.
