yep... bargains are more difficult to find...

which is why i have held with my pinksheet stocks like PPMD , CDLA and others. if im gonna buy the turds i want 'em cheap.

next couple of weeks i will be focusing on PENNY LANDS -- man do i luv them. the 5 acres i bought in the desert about a month ago for $2811.00 had a lot in front of it - 4.77 acres - for $17,500... which is now in escrow. just listed a parcel i bought for $3,600.00 last year for $27,950.

currently there are a couple of stocks im sitting on bid for more shares...but not too many.
