Amen Howard!! Howard, many here have failed to factor in, when calculating company worth (book value), the assets that this company will hold in its portfolio with the revenue producing properties it will hold upon the start of financing. Because this is a financial stock, assets are a huge part of factoring market cap, worth, book value. If the Grand Sierra Resort is in fact the hotel resort involved as part of the $672M loan, then with it's 1.3B worth, that makes for a nice asset! I wish some people would stop ignoring this fact. Call your local banks and ask them how they factor book value, and ask them if the properties they hold the paper on are in fact factored into assets!
