Why wouldn’t GTEM fight the SEC?
Everyone that was involved in the SCAM has moved on "IMO".
Now if the SEC goal is to go through all the records of GTEM's
compensation of past CEO,CFO,BOD and so on that might make some since.

GTEM is just a name at this point "IMO".

At some point the only thing left will be the shareholders and if the SEC screw's us “then so be it "!!

Time will tell.

cygnus don't confuse the entity called GTEM with a human being. The DOJ is not going to prosecute GTEM, it can't be put in jail. The SEC can end it's life by ending/revoking the public trading of the stock, or fine the company for the capture of money based upon illegal activity. It would seem to me that the SEC has indicated a fine larger than the Company is willing to pay, so the court case begins; while time and money is lost in the process. This case is all about money, not defending the shareholder.

you have figured out they have hired a lawyer to negotiate with the SEC. would you have not hired a lawyer? what is your advice on what they should have done?
