Has anyone checked on the status of the patent case progress recently?

I am a little concerned about Mob.'s CEO coming on board, poking around, kicking the tires, determining if the glove fits, etc.

JP, when I see how Google makes efforts to couple Android with LBS, I wouldn't be surprised if Neom becomes a take over target also for Google's competitors like Symbian/Nokia.
