This is key, as there are many eyes on the PTO outcome by 07/15/08 involving some very big 'movers and shakers' in the industry. YA intuitively undertstand this and IMHO, that is one of the primary reasons why they will not drop the financial funding ball, as the potential for future revenue is simply daunting when/if this technology goes mainstream. For now, the patent suit and validation of the patents just maybe restricting a tidal wave of exponential growth within the patent footprint. Do you see ScanLife deciphering 2d QR or DataMatrix codes within the patent footprint? No, only their proprietary EZCodes...for the time being anyway.
