Okay I have to say something - People please look up the 504 that says that there has been dilution going on LAST WEEK.

Because you'll notice there is no 504, therefore there is no dilution going on in the past week, when everyone is claiming there is.

Heading out to dinner now, but really. If you do the research and realize that its public information WHEN there is dilution, you will find that there isn't any dilution going on right now.

This isn't even private information, its totally public.

the reality is he is having some kind of trouble with the city inspector, i'm guessing certificate of occupancy, that being said it should of been taken care of weeks ago. imo again I am just taking a guesstimate at this time.
