I think there are numerous errors in that post.

I won't speculate on the other items but this is factually incorrect:

Coroni owns the hardware called SDS only

Biocognisafe Canada Inc. was awarded all of the assets of Bio-Cogni Sauve Inc.
by a court. Mr. Farbos and Mr. de Medeiros failed to stop the action
in court.

Those assets include the technology (hardware software, algorithms, etc.)
that was transferred to Bio-Cogni Sauve Inc. under a signed agreement by
Mr. Farbos as his investment in Bio-Cogni Sauve Inc.
