GasDoc, I could not disagree with you more. There were numerous people in here last week that said that they put an order in for .0003 and got shares... saw their shares on the ticker... and the ticker read .0002, but their broker statement showed a fill at .00029.

I was told that anything in the .000 land that is .0002-.00029 will show on the ticker as .0002 and anything that is .0003 to .00039 will show on the ticker as .0003. In the .000 (triple zeros) everything is whole number on the ticker... despite the fills at fractions of the whole.
