Yeah I have been onto my Isp provider , also switched provders from cable to dsl still the screens sometimes just sit there .... or spit out blocks that are behind . For example a stock like IVOC when the volume was 1,105,520,000 my level 2s would just sit there and every few minutes or have a feed of data that was way behind.
