To be honest... I have never
liked or been impressed with Nolans idea of Area Development for UWKI.
And from the looks of the lack of interest in the franchises sold in bulk idea, I would have to say it's a failed policy.. Time to take it back to the drawing board and re-group.
I would think for every one or two people or groups,whom they have been able to find, who have the deep pockets and means to open up a chain of franchised restaurants in a given area, they are passing by several hundred individuals who are more then willing and able to open one or two locations.
If you build it.. They will come.. But you gotta get it built first.
