Yes it says "THESE PAYMENTS SHALL BEGIN ON THE FIRST DAY AFTER THE COMPANY RECEIVES FUNDS FROM ANY FINANCING PRODUCT LISTED ABOVE!!

Something in their statement is misleading I feel. Go to year end financials 12/31/07, Go to income statement! Pg 5 I think. Shows cost of $390,000 for year. for licensing agreement. That is $32,500 X 12 months= $390,000 which is cost we incurred. I hope Im wrong! But dont think so. JMO
