Hello,

I have been a shareholder for about a year now. I have monitored the postings for a while but this is my first entry.

My question is why is it taking so long to raise the $5,000,000? If the "new pool discovery" is all the title implies, why wouldn't it be relatively easy to raise money to go after the "new pool"? It would seem to me that 'big oil' would be interested in any new pool discovery of substance. One answer could be that the discovery is not particularly valuable....? Another answer could be that there are some complications to getting the oil out of the ground....? I guess we could hope that Bruce is in the middle of some big negotiation that is taking a long time to hammer out the details...? It sounds like he is involved with other situations ala the board membership. It is interesting to see that Park Place Energy is invloved in oil and gas.

Just some thoughts.....
