You would be sad to if you saw the stock go from .15 to .0006 in 2 years.

Miagi,

You made a rather insightful comment before stating "Y'all act like you don't even want this thing to go up" or something like that.

If people are coming to this board to find out about the company, they should see and read the truth. None of this new crowd with the CAPS in their monikers have provided any truth. A lot of rah-rah and excitement, sure, but no truth.

The truth is, as much as long time shareholders want this thing to go up (and believe me we want to go up a lot more than the recent influx of flippers), this company has been abysmally presided over.

To wit:

1) There have been PRs with MOUs of big deals that have never come to fruition.

2) There have been changes in business plan, revenue targets and direction that have never been communicated to shareholders.

3) There have been promises by the company to provide consistent updates. That one came out last Fall and we haven't seen a PR since.

4) There has been constant dilution, but shareholders are not made privy as to what it is for...we assume it is to keep the lights on because no deal to date has been consummated with those extra shares.

5) There have been financial "relationships" with very shady or inept partners in Strat's search for funds.

6) The CEO or any officer of the company is completely inaccessible. And I mean completely. No phone calls or e-mails go answered except to 2 shareholders. And if you're not fortunate enough to know those 2 people, you're left in the dark.

7) Most of the long-time shareholders are down over 95% on both their original investments and cost-averaged investments as well.

So forgive us if we appear a bit jaded, especially when we see fanciful posts about how great an opportunity Strat is. If I were a new shareholder, I'd prefer to see both sides of the equation...with facts. And based on current publicly accessible information, I would NEVER recommend someone take a position in Strat Petroleum. That opinion may change with verifiable information, but right now Strat should be treated like a leper.

Now if you or any of the other new P&D crew can provide a compelling reason or rumor why a new investor should buy in right now, I'm all ears. And the fact that there is a lot of volume and "volume precedes price" or "look what happened to "GCOG" doesn't constitute a sensible buying opportunity.

Because other than that I see a lot of new pumpers trying to get this stock lifted so they can close out their 50-100% short-term gains and move onto the next target in the wild west of pinkie land.

Regards,

Rick

PS - I don't mind be proven wrong.
