#164876 RE: Fullmoon #164851

Why would I trust you? You're just an individual investor, just like me. Right? How do you know that the pressure on management has been "non-consequential"? You shouldn't write what you don't know.

But hey, just for the sake of argument, if Wave actually listened to shareholders, management would be giving the company and its prospects a vote of confidence by buying stock. There is no such vote of confidence. If there was, maybe we could have avoided delisting! But that didn't happen, and now we will be delisted. There are those that believe that delisting doesn't matter. It does. The upcoming financing will suffer for it and result in more dilution than necessary which hurts every shareholder of WAVX stock. Oh but they have such a massive news flow backed up that delisting isn't a problem if you listen to Steven. The question is, why would anyone in their right mind listen to Steven? why would anyone trust a word that he says? He has to prove his trustworthiness to me, since he's already shown he can be wrong. Over and over again.

Why aren't they buying back stock? For so many years now the excuse has been that they can't buy because there are blockbuster deals in the works that their legal representatives advise would open them up to accusations of insider trading. Where are these magical deals? I've been waiting now for ten years, at least, for the promised KABOOM. And for ten years it's been a whimper. So there must be another reason they avoid purchasing the the stock with their own money. Being given options doesn't really count in my book. Putting your money where your mouth is does.

I have to give Wave management credit -- they have been the shrewdest investors among us by staying out from under a plummeting share price, taking instead a healthy salary and guaranteed, non-performance based bonus, year after year, while regular shareholders like you and I feel the pain of dilution and delusion.

Unlike the starry-eyed WAVX groupie apologists drooling over Steven's every word, I seek to see things as they are, both good and bad. It amazes me that after all this time, after all the unkept promises and wildly inaccurate projections, that anyone would look to Steven as any sort of guiding light. I really don't understand the reverence for him. It seems so completely irrational that time after time, quarter after quarter, year after year, there are those that choose to be hypnotized by words and look past actions. It is incomprehensible that many here choose to hear the promises, but turn a blind eye to the results, happily charting a course into the future as their investment withers.
