While Im sure they dont really want to show that side of the equation, it is an issue since PR's have been made public regarding it.

Plans are all good and well, but legal ramifications can shut down even the BEST of models in a NY minute.

In my mind the only way to avoid an R/S is a buyback. Having said that, there is no revenue, from anything to accomplish a buyback. The biodiesel plant is not producing, and if the mine is to ever open that takes ALOT of money also. The radio stations remain a Huge mystery to me. Did anyone ask JB why he did not use the bond to finance the biodiesel plant?
