bc,

I'm sorry that you were not able to listen to the call. It answered my main question. Is Perihelion forging ahead with plans or are they giving up?

The call emphatically answered that question. They are forging ahead. One decision that they made that was very unpopular, but that I wholeheartedly agree with, was to decide to upgrade the refinery so that it could handle different types of feedstocks. I'm sorry that I was not able to take any notes, but I had just arrived at the Outer Banks and didn't have any paper.

Apparently there was a mix-up from the conference call company about the time. They had thought that it was to take place at 4:00 PM Pacific Time instead of Eastern time, so there was a lot of scrambling to get the access codes out.

I had put in two blistering, scathing phone calls bawling them out bigtime for the fact that I didn't receive an access code. Then at about 4:20, I got one. The call didn't begin until everyone was on board. Like bearclaw, I was very impressed with shorts demeanor and questions. Totally different than what I had expected. Shorts actually sounded human! LOL!

After the CC, I called back and told them to disregard my previous two phone calls. LOL again!

The gold mine has tons of regulations and hoops to jump through, but PHGI is slowly, step by step jumping through them. It's vital that they have all the correct permssions or they could be shut down.

I got the impression of some very hard-working people doing their utmost to get this company going. They admitted that their timeframe wasn't what they had thought it would be, but the most promising thing to me was that they were still keeping on keeping on. I got the impression that the plant is very close to production. The figure of 12 to 20 million gallons per year was given. One figure was with just the inside tanks and the other included the outside tanks as well.

Apparently PHGI is the only company right now in North America that will be able to process the various mixtures that they will be able to process. I hope that someone can help me out here with the details of that.

I think that probably not much has been reported about the call yet because everyone who heard it is probably at least thinking of buying more shares. Who knows? All in all, I thought that it was a very professional call. Some good questions were asked. The main question that I had was answered by the call itself. One person asked about the dreaded RS question, and my impression was that although everything was considered, they really do not want nor plan to do a reverse split. There are other ways of taking care of all those shares. That last sentence wasn't from them, but from me. There are some great ways to take care of those shares that would not be dilutive.

I plan to hold onto the shares that I have. I think that PHGI does have a future. Again, I really do wish that you could've heard the call.
