I see trip 0's on deck,unreal,and NO this is not a newbie response from the guy earlier.It is a pissed off response to this BS!

PINR DD-- talked to CEO yesterday for 30 min

1) The big fall it took last week had to do with the initial shares being distributed, NOT THE D WORD! The O/S has not changed and the company IS NOT selling shares.

2) The company has no plan to sell shares or R/S. Notice that the b/a are ALL RETAIL and that it uts easily.

3) The CEO is looking into mergers and acquisitions that will make the company grow. This stock is grossly undervalued with a $200K market cap. This should be at least .005 imo (CEO did not talk about the "value")

4) The EESO CEO is not running or helping to run the business. He knows Jared, but the two are in different industries. So unlike what coolnwo thinks, the phone number incident was a total misprint.

5) He has no plans to release fluff news like a lot of OTC's and pinkies. He'll only release relevant news.

6) He has no plans to increase the A/S.

7) He was honest and upfront. So imo, I see no reason to sell here. If you're in hold. If you're not take advantage of these gift prices.
