I want it noted for the record, and this post is just that, 5 years nor anyone else needs to take my response to how my email was to be interpreted as not interested. If I am put on a list incorrectly, I will pursue the legal process if this effects how I receive information and am perceived by management because someone other than myself is trying to project an image of my standing. You do not have that right -- you are not a legal representative for me so I suggest you take my name off any list whatsoever. YOU decided not to put in writing via email what you were pursuing and still to this date you do not.
