BASSER1..I apologize if you find it hard to communicate with me as i only try to get the facts negative or positive thats business.If i get advice or facts i will try to share it.The act of 1933 and the rules that follow are very complex.With that said this can make some very hot deals happen for example a LARGE PARTNER.
