#143279 RE: volume1 #143275

I read your post a couple of times and I wonder why I have been singled out to google the act of 1933. It makes no difference in the uplist process whatsoever if I know the rules and regulations in the act verbatum. I am not on the EI negotiating team nor am I a member of the SEC that will be processing the filing.

Whether or not I know all the details of this act will have absolutely no effect on Eternal Image's negotiations with a large partner either! I am not eployed by EI or any of the partners that they are talking with so again if I knew the rules of this act backward and forward it is not going to have any effect because they are not going to call me at random and ask me for advice on how to conduct their business.

Here is a one word description of my relationship to EI and that is investor. Like many others here I saw a company with a concept that I liked and I bought some shares in anticipation that the company would in time become a successful entity and that I would make a profit if I exhibited some patience and allowed the company time to mature and grow. My only job is to manage my piece of the company (shares)to the best of my ability. I just don't see how doing a bunch of research into a document that I am not going to be involved directly with is a productive use of my time.
