2) I also thought "getting the codes from the TA" was a problem... how does that square with Harris changing the CUSIP?

Another out right lie by the dufus the moron. Right now who cares about the shortage of shares and who did an inside job, the SEC is complete control and until dufus gets his head out of his backside he will realize he will need representation to fix this problem. The suit filed suit due to the lies about the fake bonds.

Ask yourself, dufus claims bonds is his business and this is what he does and does not lose. He has more experiance then the whole sec and financial world, people come to him. How in the h3ll did he get snowed on the fake bonds that do not exist?

There is no court case, dufus will not be able to get one. There is no documentation providing that the cusip was changed.

These claims of an insider is just to appease the flock so they can stand behind him. Yet they can not see the truth if it actually hits them over the head.

If he wants to prove the short than get the representation and fight the suit with the bonds first. The reason why he has not done so is because he can not prove it, except to be the victim that he was duped.
