How does a Insider (Officer, Board member, MA, DP and yourself) even hold Free trading shares?? How does a Insider (officer, Board Member, MA, DP and yourself) sell shares without filing a 144 form to the SEC???

You might want to ask Urban Casavant over at CMKX. He managed to sell 703 Billon, of which 630 Billion were unregistered.
