Colonel,
First of all, at age 63 you are right to get away from the stress of UMNG and focus on your wife. She is your world, your everything, and nothing, NOTHING, is more important than family.
But with that said, I'd like to offer up a few more questions.
1.You say "Howard was telling me I was an idiot to expose myself to so much risk." Just how much "other" stuff has "Howard" been telling you? You're exposed to enough risk right now holding as many shares as you hold, based on your statement regarding "possible (sp) millions of dollars" you might make. That blog has pointed out quite a bit of information that has never been proven incorrect by the company or anyone connected to it. I welcome you to speak out regarding it, and explain, with documentable and verifiable information, where anything posted there is incorrect.
2.You say "If we never get the concession...I wait for the guys in Canada that own large blocks...to find another great deal." I ask this...What deal have they ever announced that was actually great? EarnestDD listed a series of "ventures" that either never existed, were never proven to exist, or were forward-looking hyped PRs that never came to fruition.
3.I have a feeling that once the full scope of what the "Cortellazzi Consortium" has actually done here is realized, you will have quite a bit of risk to deal with. It's a shame, but they will likely do what they have to in order to leave EVERYTHING on your head somehow.
I wish you the best, but I think you've not yet learned about the harsh realities of the penny world.
I wish your wife improved health and enjoyable life spent with her loving and caring husband.
IMO/FWIW

Col. Jim .. as the following Press Release indicates, you were an integral part of UMNG.
Can you tell us who is now going to carry on the functions you had undertaken particularly since the resignation of the CEO last week?

The Company's Board of Directors has established a special search committee under the supervision and guidance of Col. Jim Krilich to identify potential candidates for the position as the Company's new Chief Executive Officer. In the meantime, Col. Jim Krilich has taken taken charge of the designated assignments while a global search is conducted for a qualified replacement.
Col. Jim Krilich is an essential member of the Board of Directors who possesses apt decision making and administrative capabilities. He epitomizes how the Company's continuous expansions and developments have successfully benefited its investors.
