actually the reason i resigned this morning, was I discusssed my lack of pay, no insurance and Howard was telling me I was an idiot to expose myself to so much risk.

I also sense there is going to be a huge run in in stock value if we get the iron ore concession in africa some time in the future.

Aso because i am not paid to served on the board, and there is no legal insurance to cover any of the members on the board, why should I risk the possable millions of dollars i might make - in umng stock profits by exposing myself to unlimited risks and unpredicable lawsuits after we get the iron ore concession?

i am happy for everything going on in Africa and I want the total freedom to have free trading shares and no legal vulnerability when UMNG achievs its future success.

if we never get the concession - fine I wait for the guys in canada that own large blocks of shares to find another great deal.

meanwhile me and my penny player pals look forward to some oil drilling in Tansmania and FDA approval of a medical test strip, and a merger here and there.

so dear earnestdd you will need to find someone else to beat on the head.

Meantime I am buying all the umng, eegc and clxn i can get my hands on.
