I believe we will see a JV within 2 weeks of the Hawk report every mining co capable of a JV with us already knows whats going on. As Scott has said the mining community in Canada is a tight knit community!

dmbao: True, but for something as fundamentally big as this, Friday is still the best day of the week to put it out there. :)

Also, if they're really sharp and have the long-term health of the stock in mind, they'll wait until after the market opens and release the PR around 10 AM or so. That way, the stock probably opens at or near today's close and then moves up after the PR, as opposed to gapping way up with a pre-market PR. Gaps are technically damaging and should be avoided whenever possible. Releasing the Hawk PR well after 9:30 AM would minimize the potential for a massive gap and set the stock up for a healthy, sustainable run to new highs. All JMO, of course.
