Also, if they're really sharp and have the long-term health of the stock in mind, they'll wait until after the market opens and release the PR around 10 AM or so. That way, the stock probably opens at or near today's close and then moves up after the PR, as opposed to gapping way up with a pre-market PR. Gaps are technically damaging and should be avoided whenever possible. Releasing the Hawk PR well after 9:30 AM would minimize the potential for a massive gap and set the stock up for a healthy, sustainable run to new highs. All JMO, of course.
