Listen, the repetitive posts, complaining about this or that sound like whining, and are getting old.

We have been on this board for years, waiting...., much longer than you've been around.

If you had paid attention to what 5 years had said to you,and thought about why he was specific in the method of contact, you would have done what he asked. If you don't want to that is your choice... and he won't offer what he has to the rest of us who followed his instructions, and you have no basis to complain about not getting what you want.

He obviously has a procedure that he wants us to follow.

Just do it.
