I am sure many have filed complaints. Lawyers generally would not take a case like this unless they are assured either money from the settlement or big$$ up front. I actually mentioned it to mine and he laughed and said "why do you get mixed up with those penny crap stocks, haven't you learned your lesson already!" lol and so it goes.
